Dibaj ships skincare orders to customers across Canada.

Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the order details and destination address. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $150 CAD.

Order processing
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email after checkout.

Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and order volume. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email after the order ships.

Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Dibaj is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
